Chuck Kurth
Chief Financial Officer
Chuck Kurth joined Art.com Inc. as Chief Financial Officer in November 2008 and oversees the company's Finance and Legal functions.
Chuck has over 20 years of experience in the retail industry, most recently as Executive VP, Chief Financial & Administrative Officer with Mervyns, a $2.5 billion regional department store. Prior to that, he was VP of Finance and Treasurer at Ross Stores, Inc., a publicly-traded retailer. During his tenure there, revenue grew from approximately $2 billion to more than $5 billion, and the store base increased from less than 200 stores to more than 700. He has also held leadership positions at Hanover Direct and The May Department Stores Company, and was a Senior Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen & Co. Chuck received his Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from Iowa State University.
Chuck enjoys sporting events, fine wines and spending time with his family. His favorite artists include Roberto Lombardi, Howard Behrens and Alan Blaustein.
Nasos Topakas
Chief Technology Officer
Nasos Topakas joined Art.com Inc. as Chief Technology Officer in June of 2010 and is responsible for the company's overall technology organization and strategy.
Nasos brings more than 20 years of software engineering and executive technology management experience to this position. Before joining Art.com Inc., Nasos served as Chief Technology Officer for SendMe, Inc., where he managed the company's technology strategy, budget, execution and architectural direction. Prior to SendMe, Nasos held technology leadership roles at StubHub, Inc., Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., and Pacific Bell Information Services. Nasos received his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from San Francisco State University.
Nasos' interests include spending time with family, traveling, mountain biking, photography, and experimenting with the latest technology gadgets. Some of his favorite artists are Wassily Kandinsky, Leonardo Da Vinci, and Ansel Adams.
Terry Hill
Vice President of Human Resources and Administration
Terry Hill is Art.com Inc.'s Vice President of Human Resources and Administration. He joined the company in June 2002 and oversees staffing, leadership development, performance management, organization development, employee training, benefits and compensation, labor law compliance and employee communication.
Terry brings more than 20 years of human resources experience at a senior management level. He has worked in HR generalist roles as well as business development and operations roles for HR outsourcing companies. Prior to joining Art.com Terry was Director, West Coast and Human Resources Services at Advantius, a human resources outsourcing ASP. This followed roles as Director, Human Resources Services and Consulting at EmployeeService.com and senior human resources management roles at Milgard Manufacturing and Patio Industries. Terry received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and a M.S. in Human Resources at Chapman University, and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Terry's interests include spending time with his family, tennis, golf and skiing. His favorite artists include Mark Rothko and Ansel Adams.
Bob Inman
Senior Vice President of Operations
Bob Inman serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at Art.com Inc. He joined the company in January 2005 and is responsible for worldwide fulfillment and manufacturing operations, along with customer sales and service call centers.
Bob brings over 20 years of senior management experience in the field of Operations and Logistics Management. He has considerable experience integrating operations from newly acquired companies, as well as developing and implementing operational growth plans for high-growth organizations. Bob's professional experience includes catalog fulfillment operations for a major retailer, and most recently served as Vice President of Logistics for the Scotts Company, a leading international manufacturer of lawn and garden products. Bob received his Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio State University in Production and Operations Management.
Bob's interests include spending time with his family, running and boating. His favorite artists include Alfred Gockel and Claude Monet.
Arnaud Collin
General Manager of Zenfolio
Arnaud Collin is the General manager of Zenfolio, the leading web platform that allows pro photographers to host, showcase and sell their photos online, acquired by Art.com Inc in 2013. Responsible for product development, company strategy and team leadership, Arnaud takes pride in knowing that tens of thousands of photography businesses worldwide depend on Zenfolio every day.
Arnaud has over 15 years of experience in ecommerce and Consumer Internet in both start ups and large organizations. Most recently he was the Photo Merchandise GM at Picaboo, a boutique provider that enables anyone to create beautiful photo products in minutes. Prior to that, he served as CMO of Catalog Spree, the #1 Catalog Shopping App and VP of Product and Marketing of Offermatic, an early stage start up offering data-driven targeted incentives. Prior to that Arnaud worked for several years at eBay in Marketing and Loyalty leadership roles, across Europe, Australia and the US. Arnaud has also worked as a consultant for the Boston Consulting Group and in marketing at L’Oreal. Arnaud received a Master's Degree in Strategic Management from HEC School of Management, the French leading business school.
Arnaud enjoys traveling - he has visited more than 40 countries, extreme experiences - he is a certified scuba diver and sky diver, and spending time with his family - he is the proud father of 3 young children.
Gary Takemoto
Senior Vice President of Merchandising
Gary Takemoto is Senior Vice President of Merchandising at Art.com Inc., responsible for product and artist development as well as licensing and vendor relationships.
With over 20 years of experience in traditional and e-commerce retail, Gary joined Art.com Inc. in March 2001. He previously served as Director of Merchandising at Internet Shopping Network and held product and brand development positions at large retail companies such as Macy’s and Mervyns. Gary received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and East Asian Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
An avid tennis player, Gary also enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends. He has an affinity for art from Marc Chagall.
